At SuBon In-Home Care, we believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported in the comfort of home. Our Virginia-licensed home care agency provides personalized, non-medical care for seniors, adults with disabilities, individuals recovering at home, and families who need dependable caregiving support.
We proudly serve families throughout Northern Virginia with flexible care tailored to each client’s routines, preferences, abilities, and goals. Whether your loved one needs a few hours of weekly companionship, help with daily activities, overnight assistance, or ongoing support, our caregivers are here to make life at home safer and more comfortable.
Our purpose is simple: to provide compassionate care that protects dignity, encourages independence, and gives families greater peace of mind.

SuBon In-Home Care was founded with a deep understanding of the difference compassionate caregiving can make in a family’s life.
Founder Susan Kaitesi’s commitment to care began through her personal experience supporting her mother during breast cancer. That journey showed her that caregiving involves more than completing daily tasks. It means listening, showing patience, preserving dignity, and helping someone feel valued during a vulnerable season of life.
Her professional experience supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities strengthened that calling. SuBon In-Home Care was created to provide Northern Virginia families with dependable, person-centered care delivered with the same kindness and attentiveness we would want for our own loved ones.
Today, that personal commitment continues to guide how we select caregivers, develop individualized care plans, communicate with families, and support every client.

Our mission is to provide high-quality, personalized in-home care that helps seniors and adults live safely, comfortably, and independently.
We are committed to:
Our work is guided by compassion, integrity, respect, excellence, and a genuine commitment to improving quality of life.
No two clients or families have exactly the same needs. That is why we take time to learn about the person receiving care—not just the assistance they require.
Before services begin, we discuss your loved one’s daily routine, preferences, challenges, interests, and care goals. We then develop a personalized care plan designed to provide the right level of support while encouraging independence.
As circumstances change, the care plan can be reviewed and adjusted. This personalized approach helps ensure that care remains useful, respectful, and appropriate throughout the care journey.

SuBon In-Home Care offers a range of non-medical home care services to help clients remain safe and engaged in familiar surroundings.
Respectful assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, transfers, medication reminders, and other activities of daily living.
Friendly conversation, emotional support, recreational activities, meal companionship, community outings, and meaningful social engagement.
Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, errands, and other household routines that support a safer, more comfortable home
Temporary caregiving support that allows family caregivers to rest, attend appointments, manage other responsibilities, or take time to recharge.
Care may be arranged according to the client’s assessed needs and the family’s schedule, including hourly, daily, weekend, overnight, short-term, and ongoing assistance.
Choosing an in-home care provider is a deeply personal decision. Families need more than availability—they need a care partner who listens, communicates, and treats their loved one with genuine respect.
Families choose SuBon In-Home Care for:

For many older adults, home represents comfort, familiarity, treasured memories, and connection to the community. With appropriate support, seniors may be able to continue enjoying those surroundings while receiving help with everyday needs.
Our caregivers can assist with personal routines, mobility, meals, household tasks, companionship, and other non-medical needs. This support can make aging in place safer and more manageable while helping families feel confident that their loved one is not facing daily challenges alone.

Family caregivers often balance caregiving with employment, parenting, household responsibilities, and their own health. Over time, those demands can become physically and emotionally exhausting.
SuBon In-Home Care works alongside families rather than replacing their important role. Our caregivers provide dependable assistance, companionship, and respite so relatives can rest, manage other responsibilities, and spend more meaningful time with their loved one.
If caregiving responsibilities are becoming difficult to manage alone, asking for help is a thoughtful step toward protecting the well-being of the entire family.
SuBon In-Home Care supports seniors, adults, and families throughout Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, the City of Manassas, Manassas Park, and surrounding areas.
