Return Policy

At SuBon Home Care, we are committed to providing high-quality in-home care services to meet the needs of our clients and their families. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to ensure our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully.


1. Service Cancellation: SuBon Home Care understands that sometimes changes to your care plan may be necessary. You may cancel or modify services as follows:


  • Private Pay Services: If you need to cancel or change a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement.
  • Medicaid Waiver and Health Plan Services: Cancellations and changes to services covered by Medicaid or health insurance plans must be communicated in accordance with the terms of your insurance policy. Please contact us directly to discuss any changes or cancellations related to insurance-covered services.

2. Refunds for Paid Services Refunds for prepaid services will be provided under the following conditions:


  • If services have not been provided and you have paid in advance, a full refund will be issued upon request.
  • If services were provided but the quality of care was deemed unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately to address the issue. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed based on the nature of the complaint and any contractual agreements in place.

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of the cancellation request, and the method of refund will match the original payment method used. For instance, if payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

3. Disputes and Resolution: If there is a dispute regarding services rendered, we encourage you to contact SuBon Home Care’s customer service team directly at 571-470-7541. We are committed to resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Our goal is to ensure that all clients receive the highest level of care and satisfaction.


4. Exceptions: Due to the nature of home care services, which are personalized and delivered at the client’s location, no refunds will be issued for services already performed unless there is a valid complaint or dissatisfaction directly related to the quality of service provided.
